appearance
• 6'1" and 168lbs, athletic build. Tans easily in the summer months. Brown eyes and hair, the latter of which he lightens up occasionally. Dresses nicely for any outing but time at home is when he breaks out the band t-shirts and ripped jeans. • Has a lot of scars from various surfing incidents and a few from a car accident he was involved in the summer of 2014. The biggest of his surfing scars are on his back from hitting coral, which for the longest time made him uncomfortable changing in front of anyone. Other various knicks are on his arms and legs. He has surgical scars on his left clavicle and left thigh. • He waited until he was 26 to get his first tattoo, "para sempre" on his right tricep which he got along with his sort-of-not-really boyfriend (and future husband) at the time. He's since added to the collection with (WELL LET ME GO FIND THE ACTUAL PORTUGUESE STUFF) and (THIS ONE TOO) on his back and a cross on his ring finger and a skull next to it on his middle. His fiancé has done an oriental style dragon on the inside of his left arm in reference to his (and his dad's and best friend's) Chinese zodiac, a set of wave lines on hsi right hip and a small doodle-style heart with C+J on the inside of it at his right wrist.
tidbits
• Naturally wakes up early. After years of having to be to work at five am, Cale's body has grown used to getting up at a way early hour, no matter how he's spent the night before. He currently spends this time making breakfast and going for a run with his dog. • Doesn't watch a lot of television- at all, really. He grew up in a household that promoted less time sitting around and more time being out of the house, which followed him into college and eventually being out on his own. It doesn't help that he finds it hard to sit still and pay attention to any one thing for too long of a time. • With that said, his favorite television show is Top Gear, with preference for the UK version. His favorite movies are Mel Brooks' films and old Clint Eastwood westerns. • Never had a pet while growing up. He roomed with a guy back in Maine that had a lot of reptiles, which was interesting, but Cale never took care of them. After deciding he wanted to get a dog and waiting a year really thinking it over, he finally adopted Praia at the very end of March in 2015. It's been the best decision he's ever made. • Was technically married for almost a year, though nearly six months of the marriage was spent in separation, sorting out details of the divorce. It's a relationship he doesn't enjoy talking about for how it's affected him in the long run and he's sworn off talking to his ex-husband entirely since their divorce was finalized in July 2015.
